Currency Converter by Date

Where can I download historical exchange rates?

I'm looking for a site or location at which I can download historical exchange rates to all major currencies into an excel spreadsheet, or at least where I can view these historical rates in a table format (graphs will not do it). The spreadsheet is preferred, so the first link to a site with this capability will be the best answer. Thanks!
